We've stocked the facility with everything you actually need and none of the stuff that just looks good on Instagram. Heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, and a full boxing ring.

Strength side's got proper barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells up to 150lbs, and enough rig space that you're not waiting around. Plus turf for sled work and enough room to actually move.

Located right in downtown Vancouver at 1250 Burrard Street. Easy access whether you're coming from work or home.
